A small family business established in the mid 1960's producing non standard windows and doors.
The occasional staircase was built during the early 1970's & realising that although many regulations had to be observed, a greater degree of artistic flair was possible with staircases. It was decided that other items of joinery would be gradually phased out. Even so, special doors are still occasionally made. The first spiral staircase was designed & built in 1984 & the first geometric (curved) staircase in 1990.
It was during the early years that, disappointed with the availability of balustrade parts in such a limited range of species & patterns, it was decided to manufacture all parts in house. A wide range of newels, balusters & continuous handrail fittings, in a variety of species are now made to order.
